I had a mixed experience at this hostel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided great directions for exploring London. However, the room felt outdated and not as clean as I would have hoped, especially given the high expectations set by the online photos. The breakfast was simple but friendly, making mornings pleasant. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a budget stay, but it definitely has its quirks.

I had such a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was small and cramped, and unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable. While the location was decent, it simply wasn't enough to make up for the poor service and amenities. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
